The legendary mischief master Honda is released from prison. He thinks of finishing with molesting, but he sees a seducing dancer and goes breaking bad. At the same time the railway company hires two new girl staff members - morality countermeasures expert Shinomiya and national idol Hayakawa. Can they pose a challenge to Honda?
