Set in the religious city of Logres, the story follows Zerachiel, an angel sent by her deity to rescue a companion from imprisonment by a religious sect. However, she is defeated by a holy maiden named Effie and stripped of her powers, left for dead. After being rescued by a traveling priestess named Aries, Zerachiel vows revenge against the sect that betrayed her.
