Psycho Mystery Series 'Angel Cry'

The protagonist, Mishima Haruka, is a detective in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division. Together with her childhood friend, Aida Mamoru, a university history assistant with exceptional deductive skills, they investigate a series of infant murders occurring throughout Tokyo, but are struggling to find any clues.
Haruka attempts to uncover the identity of the perpetrator using a power she's possessed since childhood: clairvoyance, which allows her to see fragments of the future.
