Luna Lake

"Welcome back to Luna Lake" is what he wanted to hear, but the only person who could say that to him is no longer there.
"The city has changed so much, I can barely recognize it." Not that he could remember much, a lot of it was locked away in the depths of his memories...

After walking through the corridor from the building where his new apartment will be, just a few hours after signing the documents, he looks around one more time... "An open style hallway, huh? That's so odd", and yet, the price, location, internet connection, everything is good enough for him. He has his reservations, but this arrangement is far better than anything he could possibly have come up with by himself. "I should be thankful..."

He walks out of the building one last time. It's time to prepare for the move; he has so much stuff to deal with just in one week, but he'll manage. As he looks up to the sky just one more time before getting into the car of the bull waiting for him, nothing comes to his mind; there's no one there for him anymore. But running away, moving away from everyone, is the best thing to do. Not that running away is a thing he's not used to at this point. "It's time to move on, Theo".

A faint scent of salty water comes to his mind, but he knows way too well that Luna Lake is far away from any beach; the ocean is not nearly close enough... He shakes his head one more time as he enters the car. "It's time to move on, gran..."
