Bright, cheerful and somewhat affectionate, Mitsuki throws everyone off with his comments and actions that are hard to gauge the seriousness of. Even though he is friendly and sociable, Mitsuki has an unexpected side of liking to be alone on the school roof and just stare at the sky... He likes sweet things and giving people strange nicnames (he himself doesn't seem to realise they're strange). He is the Green Hotokenser.
