Hiryuu Raikatuji

Student Council President.
With the student council, Hiryuu takes care of most matters connected to the everyday students of the academy. And as a result he is always busy.
He works and studies diligently, always following the rules and making sure the other students do the same too.
Because of that, he is often at odds with the special students of the academy as they tend to break the rules.
Most people are afraid of him because of his constant scowl and harsh tone.
