Arayama Torihito

He used to be a researcher at KOKON, but left due to a disagreement with Graham. He is now an agent for the National Public Safety Commission, and is currently investigating KOKON's activities. He is a fighter of inhuman strength, and acts only on the basis of his own convictions.
