Tino Thompson

Tino is a state investigator, making his first and only appearance in Chapter 14 to take over the case and bring Chief Walsh and Margaret Sterling into his custody. Before he can do this he is murdered by Jeff Duffy, who then proceeds to kill Tino's two prisoners and kidnap Kate O'Malley, declaring his intention to murder her as well.
