Jane Crocker

Jane Crocker is one of the four Alpha kids. She is the post-scratch incarnation of John Egbert's mother.

She is passionate about practical jokes and pranks, and enjoys dressing up in silly detective disguises. She can be reckless, skeptical, and headstrong, often ignoring warnings from others. She is usually very cheerful and friendly, but possesses a remarkably short fuse once frustrated and may eventually end up caps locking and verbally lashing out at people. She has bizarre old-fashioned tastes, and covers her walls with posters of foxy actors who tend to be old-fashioned and mustachioed. Her vernacular is characterized by aphorisms decades before her time.
