Boss of the Japanese branch of the demonic organization Nemesis, whose nationality and age are unknown, secured his position by being the first to develop Ingel. Commits evil acts for fun using his overwhelming power. Manipulates Hikaru's mother, Asuka, and tries to disgrace George and Hikaru as a part of his twisted games. He is actually George's older brother and, regretting his brother's betrayal of the organization, aims to corrupt both George and Hikaru to bring them under his control.
