Moe Zart

Moe Zart is a rude and arrogant dog. He considers himself superior to others and isn't afraid to get into conflicts with those he deems lesser.

Moe conspires with Lou to kill Flippy and Pete, but their plan fails when Tom catches them in the act. Whether or not he lands the killing blow on Tom and is executed depends on the player's choices.
