Barnacle Bessie

A sailor who has traveled across the world of Toontown. Bessie is a quirky woman who is friendly to all. She has a passion for sailing.

Bessie struggles with being betrayed by the friends she made in Chapter 1, Cleff and Riggy. She tries to imitate Riggy and see the best in him but stops after realizing she was being insensitive to those that Riggy has mocked. She has an awkward relationship with Clara due to her former friend, Cleff, attemping to murder Clara.
