Niels

Niels, the second youngest of the group, is a true ray of sunshine. He takes charge of the menu and can often be found tending the bar. Customers adore watching him skillfully prepare meals and craft specialty drinks. Although he is always friendly and polite towards you, there seems to be an underlying concern weighing on his mind.
