A friend of Lisa and Ben.

She lives with both of them as a roommate. She also does the video editing for Ben's YouTube videos.

She is skeptical of both therapy and the power of hypnosis.

This pisses of Dr. Thompson and she decides to show Susan just how wrong she is by corrupting Susan in an unique way....

Dr. Thompson decides to give Susan an identity crisis, via hypnosis, and make Susan think that she identifies with being a pig.

Dr. Thompson eventually succeeds in making Susan think she is a pig as Susan's primary identity.
