Mera Reika

A houseguest of the Kowakame family.

She has spent her life walking along the rails that were laid out for her, and marries a partner chosen by her parents. However, things are not going well with her husband; their wedding night has not even taken place. Feeling a sense of emptiness in her life, she sets off on an aimless journey and ends up drifting to the Otomehara Archipelago.

Highly capable at work, she is used to being relied upon, but on the flip side, she struggles to lean on others herself. Initially wary of Shouichi’s relationships with women on the island, but as she compares herself with the seemingly happy islanders, she begins to ponder what happiness really is.

She had never once imagined herself doing anything lewd, so at first everything bewilders her. Yet once she starts to grow accustomed to it, she becomes greedier for it than anyone elese.

Note: The narrative leads the player to believe Reika is an affair type of heroine for a while, in an otherwise pure love harem game, but when she finally has sex with Shouichi, a twist is revealed, Reika was keeping the fact she recently became a legally single woman a secret, she only insisted in Shouichi having sex with her after her divorce went through, opening up to him after their first night together, erasing his guilt, thus keeping the game infidelity free.
