Lilia is the Second Imperial Princess of the Noxheim Empire. She is Irena's younger half-sister by a different mother.

Gentle and mild-mannered, she is somewhat shy. She is not very athletic, but makes up for it by reading extensively and possessing exceptional knowledge.
