Tilkett's older sister. A gentle and warm woman who loved children. Though she was a bit of a klutz and an airhead, she was a talented lawyer beloved by many. She was also a philanthropist who used much of her remuneration to aid children in need.

A few years ago, she was killed by an unknown assailant. Tilkett suspects her killer is a member of Vy-xen.
