The school nurse and provisional adviser to the theater club. She's somewhat of an acting guardian for Hekiru and Hikaru as a distant relative of theirs.

It can be hard to make sense of her personality and everything she does. She's a blizzard princess who reels off lousy jokes with each icy breath.
