Mother of Miyako and wife of Iwao. She wishes for her daughter to study abroad, but finds out she has a boyfriend, Shinji. Knowing that Miyako won't leave to study because of her boyfriend, she decides to have an affair with Shinji, so he will leave Miyako and she can study abroad. During the domination route Yoshino starts to feel unsatisfied with her husband and realize she is slowly falling with love with Shinji. She develop a inferiority complex towards her own daughter wanting to have Shinji all to herself.
