A highly elite and devious individuals. She relentlessly betrays and antagonize against those she does not like, even if they're also Neo-Terras.

The protagonist once of took charge of an investigation into her murder of a fellow officer in the Neo-Terras faction, which resulted in no prosecution due to lack of evidence. Since then, she and the protagonist shares a special enmity.
