An amnesiac girl who claims to have the same name as a famous virtual environment designer.

Extremely familiar with otaku culture from the late 20th and early 21st centuries, occasionally using slang that no one around her understands.

Was held in the Ikebukuro CPC as a child, used in human experiments. These experiments granted her enhanced empathy. While at the Ikebukuro CPC, she was close friends with Con Su (known as Risa at the time).

After escaping from the Ikebukuro CPC, she lived with Sori Ayuka in The Fortress.

She is the sole human able to make contact with Substance-Concept, due to her enhanced empathy.
