Shizuka is Akane's best friend and the only one who knows their secret that they're married. She's in love with Takuya whom she calls 'onii-chan'. Although she loves Akane very much she's desperate for Takuya's love, enough that she offers Akane what she thinks is terrible relationship advice in hopes that they split up.

Desperate for Takuya's embrace she finally sneaks into their bed when Akane is away and tricks him into thinking she's Akane.
