Isuzu is a first year at Hibari High and Chinami and You's neighbor. She spends most of her time doing "Star Divination" by using her Tarot cards which she always carries around with her.

Isuzu is very antisocial and incredibly hard to please. She almost never approaches people and dislikes making friends even more. Initially, she tends to get annoyed when You and Chinami try to approach her, and often brushes them off with rude comments such as "You're annoying" and "Please jump off a bridge". However, she does warm up to them.
