A member of the mafia group 'Evening Star'.
His true form is of the demon duke Astaroth.
Even though he holds the seat of Archduke of Hell he seems to have a calm and civil personality, but because of that he has a weak presence and is easy to ignore.
He's always trying to escape from Beel's teasing.
