Nina is a 3rd year university student who attends the same university as Sakura and the rest of Liar-S. She is enrolled in an undergraduate foreign languages course. Nina is reserved and meek, being somewhat ignorant in the ways of the world. With a tendency to be swayed by the opinions of those around her, she is easily tricked. As her father is the president of a pharmaceutical supplies company, Nina is belongs to a wealthy and upper class family.
