Katori Chizuru

She is the mother of Akira, the main character.

A former teacher, she does not send Akira to cram school, but instead watches over her son's studies by herself.

She tries her best to raise her son to be as good as his father, who passed away, but her mild-mannered personality makes her overprotective of Akira.
