Captain Cascadia

From an alternate time-line where Cascadia gained independence, Captain Cascadia acts as a guardian of justice, liberty, the environment, and quality whole-bean coffee. I know him from my Sports club, where he captains the team -- because of course he does! He seems to like Nice people!
