Owari's friend since their college days. He is responsible for planning, scenario and setting. Co-founded Judgement 7 with Owari. A hardcore setting otaku, he wilfully creates settings that are so complex and strange that the average person would never understand them. Often lets out odd shrieks during work, which has earned him the nickname "kiseichuu".
