The series underclassman who is also the student council president.

She is very reliable and gets the job done with precision and without hesitation. She is the only first year student to be elected to the student council in school history but she handles student council business by herself as she has been unable to recruit other students to join the student council. Hidekazu meets her while she is monitoring for tardy students.
