Homeroom teacher at the school that Takeshi attends. Miho's mother.

Despite her calm appearance, she has a ulterior motive and is money hungry. She is also one of the "maman" candidates.

Mutsumi is eager to appeal to the Takeshi, by saying "I am your real mother!" and become a millionaire. Mutsumi is planning to make her daughter become Takeshi's girlfriend at any cost.
