Hospitalized since the day she was born, Arles is merely a naive girl when it comes to the outer world. As a result, after her discharge, her mother decided to take her to Subaru's secret village to live with Rei, in hope of showing the little girl various sides of daily life.
Later on in the story, Arles eloped with Rei, possessing the same desire of seeing the world outside of the village.
Loves bird and spending time idly.

A 15-year-old girl member of the URH, along with Rei, with her ability to show past events through physical devices (such as a projector) playing a vital role.
