Roxanne is one of Kaikhosru's Favourite Mistress. She became one of the twelve Lords of Wahman Yast as a form of alliance between Sirius and Kaikhosru. Assuming the duties of a public relations manager, she is a cheerful woman who loves events, but unfortunately, occasionally she gets carried away.
