Nagise Tsukiko

A young woman who approaches the Ayana Detective Agency for protection against a serial killer.

Tsukiko is a psychic. She claims that she has the power of psychometry (the ability to determine an object's history through physical contact), but this turns out to be a lie; her true ability is chronokinesis (the ability to manipulate the past), the same ability as Kyosuke. She is also the murderer herself, and is planning to also kill Evsej Amabishi as revenge for the human experimentation she suffered in the past.
