A sophomore at Municipal Academy with a laid-back personality. He was hospitalized for a minor illness, but is now recovering. He is quite indecisive.

He falls in love at first sight with Sanae, a nurse, and boldly confesses his feelings for the first time in his life and starts dating her, but Megumi, a childhood friend and hospital patient, aggressively purses and ends up having sex with her.
