Minegishi Seiji

Seiji Minegish is the Division 1 Commissioner. He works under and reports to Hajime Morioka, and is tasked with overseeing the X-Day Investigation.

Minegishi's calm demeanor and his skill with words are often called upon to soothe heated situations.
