Rei is the head of G4 and Opera Kobayashi's rival. His rank at the police is a deputy inspector. Rei is a calm and collected man who is completely devoted to his work. Although he sometimes can be severe to the other G4 members, Rei really cares for them. His name is based on Kyousuke Kamitsu.
