The protagonist of the story. Works in a private detective agency in Tokyo, which receives a strange order to investigate "hand of demon." This hand belonged to the wife of the customer, but that thing is just not looked like a human hand. While investigating this matter Kouya ends up in Magakimura village where strange events begin to happen one after another.
As he tells, he never lost a fight. A fight with human though.
