One or more support characters in this game are tacticians - people skilled in designing and planning action and policy to achieve a major or overall aim.

Their actions are calculated, usually thinking outside the box, and employing unorthodox tactics and strategies to achieve their goals.

They might be leaders, advisors, or just someones that's observing and commenting in the sidelines.
