Capelet

A capelet is a shorter length variant of a cape.

Like a cape, they are fasten around the neck and the drapes are left to hang down. Capelets are shorter and the typical length of the garment is usually around on the upper torso. These shorter variants of the capes are mostly associated with women's fashion.

If the capelet garment length reach below hip length, use i860 instead.
