Kirameku Shunkan

Shiki Tatsuya is touring on his motorcycle when he suddenly becomes dizzy and has an accident.

It just so happens that the hospital he was admitted to, Taisei Hospital, has established an in-hospital class for a long-term patients who are students at Kashiwagi Academy. Tatsuya's injury will take three months to heal completely, so he too is temporarily transferred to this class.

Tatsuya is shocked to see his classmates and fellow patients living so optimistically, despite struggling with their illnesses inside of the hospital.
