Koi Suru Kimochi no Hanakotoba

This is HexenHaus's debut title. Takumi is entrusted with managing the student dormitory previously cared for by his grandmother. He arrives with his childhood friend Kana, welcoming new residents Nanakusa and Sara. After a busy spring break, he starts the new term with Kana, Sara, and his friend from last year, Tsubaki. Due to poor grades, Kana and Tsubaki also end up living in the dorm. Thus begins an awkward house life with his childhood friend, friend, kouhai, and senpai, as the new dorm manager.
