BALDR SKY ZERO 2 is a mecha combat visual novel from GIGA and Team Baldrhead. Edward awakens in a virtual battlefield with no memories, assigned to the Squall squad of the notorious mercenary corps Fenrir. On a mission, he protects Marelle, a girl chased by government forces. After she joins Squall, she volunteers to partner with him, and their leader Goodman approves, amused by the pair of amnesiacs. Edward sees it as a chance for the 'wired ghost' Marelle—who has no physical body in reality—to connect with others. During a mission to aid Kei, they encounter Rasayana, the third most wanted: a monster-like, robotic being. Edward is defeated and expects to be eaten, but Rasayana seems to recognize them. Who is Rasayana, and how are Ed and Marelle connected? From Hau~ Omochikaeri!
