Idol Project 2

Unlike its predecessor, Idol Project 2 directly continues the story of the anime series Idol Project, featuring the same characters and the young, ambitious Mimu Emilton as the heroine. Stranded on a tropical island, Mimu must rise to fame by winning contests and honing her singing skills. The gameplay remains focused on exploration of a top-down city, visiting various locations, searching for key characters, and raising Mimu's parameters. This sequel introduces a more detailed stat system, including physical attributes and popularity rankings. The RPG elements are further enhanced by random encounters with crazed fans and other foes on the city map.
