Kahogo de Ecchi na Boku no Ane

In the loving home of the Karugano family, four sisters dote on their youngest brother, Shougo. They’ve adored him since before he was born, and despite his growth into a young man, to them he remains the precious little brother they love to spoil. While Shougo sometimes feels overwhelmed by their protectiveness, their care never wavers. The eldest, Hitoha, is a nurse teacher; the second, Niina, a physical education teacher; the twins, Misora and Shio, are Shougo’s seniors at school. They all live under the same roof and attend the same school. One day, Shougo is diagnosed with a strange condition that stunts his height. The doctor suggests it may stem from insufficient breast milk during infancy. Hitoha immediately calls a family meeting, since their parents are away. “Our little brother might be growing poorly because of a lack of nutrition in his childhood… but we can help by breastfeeding him,” she proposes. Only the Karugano sisters can protect Shougo in this parentless home! They secretly obtain a mysterious drug called “Bonus Dema Cool” to induce lactation. And so begins Shougo’s journey of breastfeeding sessions with his sisters!
