Tsuchimikado-sensei to xx na Himitsu

Tsuchimikado Jin, heir to a prestigious hospital, graduated top of his class and was poised to inherit his father's position. But when his 'special treatments' of female patients came to light, he was exiled to a small clinic in a remote mountain village to let the scandal fade. Back then, he messed up—not this time.
