Ego to Koukai no Dilemma

Junta Matsushima is bored with his all-boys high school life. No girls, no romance. His friend Anri suggests he try otome games, and soon Junta notices his classmate Wataru Katsuragi looks exactly like one of the game's characters. As a joke, he decides to romance Wataru in real life. But when Wataru confesses his love, Junta tries to brush him off with "We're both guys." Wataru replies, "Love knows no gender." Junta realizes he's started something he can't stop, and now he's trapped in a twisted romance with a yandere boy.
