A mega-corporation built the artificial Desire Island, home to 10,000 people. Its facade boasts tourist spots and casinos, while beneath lies a criminal underworld of drug and arms trafficking. The UN receives evidence of inhumane biological weapons being developed there, but official units find nothing. Secretly deployed special forces vanish without a trace. The protagonist takes over the role of mercenary 'Bear,' trains the heroine 'Aya,' and must defeat and torture four leaders to uncover the truth.
