Once a masked superhero enthusiast in his student days, the protagonist is now just an ordinary equipment salesman. One day, he picks up a strange card case filled with blank cards. These turn out to be "Holga Cards," cosmic treasures that turn human delusions into reality. The magical star cluster Darakuza invades Earth to retrieve them. He meets a masked superhero girl who asks him, "Do you believe in heroes?"
