Yuzuki, the main character, came to a small country town to help out at his grandmother's candy shop.

It's a nostalgic scene that makes him feel like he has returned to his boyhood. Time flows slowly. He communicates with the three boys he meets there.

He's a little bewildered by the feelings that have sprung up at some point...
