After a final war with the dragon race thousands of years ago, remnants of prehistoric technology known as Pashiate remain. This technology now forms the basis of E-technology, the source of wealth in the Fulcrum Empire. But some seek to misuse Pashiate. Cal Ruslan, a student at the Imperial Junior Academy, is also a government agent called a 'Library' who protects Pashiate.
